Sprouted Oatmeal & Grains

What you need: 

1 and a half cups organic large flake oats(oatmeal)
1 tablespoon organic flax seed
1 tablespoon organic sesame seed
1 tablespoon organic sunflower seed
1 and a half cups spring water
maple syrup at your discretion (approx. 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
1 banana
2 tablespoons vegan yogurt
2 tablespoons raisins

What you do: 

In a small bowl combine the first five ingredients. Place in fridge overnight. In morning, add the next five ingredients. The soaked oatmeal and sprouted grains makes it easily digestible without the need to cook it.
