Spicy Beans & Rice

What you need: 

1 cup white rice
1 package taco seasoning
1 can 19 oz. black beans, drained
1 can 19 oz. diced tomatoes with garlic
1 can 12 oz. corn kernels, drained
1/2 cup sliced green olives
chili powder, to taste
chopped fresh cilantro, to taste

What you do: 

Prepare rice as usual. While it is cooking, separately mix all other ingredients (except cilantro) in a large frying pan, adding sufficient water to blend taco spice. Turn heat up to medium-high and boil until water cooks off, stirring regularly and turning heat down as mixture gets thicker. Add cilantro just before removing from heat. In a bowl, mix equal parts rice and bean mix. Enjoy.
