Simply Guacamole

What you need:

2 hass avocados, skin and seed removed
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste ( I use pink himalayan salt)

What you do:

1. In a medium bowl mash the flesh of avocados with a fork until most of the chunks are gone.
2. Add the tomato, onion, and lime juice; stir to combine.
3. Add the salt and garlic powder; stir again to combine well.
4. Put in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Optional: You can have diced jalapenos set out for people to add into their own serving of guacamole to make it spicy. That's what I do for my husband since I hate spicy stuff and he loves adding jalapenos to make his guacamole hot.
