Sarah's Trail Mix Cookie Bars

What you need: 

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached white flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup soy butter
1 cup milled cane sugar
1 banana, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup each chopped:
chopped pecans
sliced almonds
roasted sunflower seeds
roasted pumpkin seeds

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan
Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside
Blend sugar and butter until well mixed; stir in banana
Mix dry ingredients into wet
Mix remaining ingredients in (using hands as necessary)
Press batter evenly into pan
Bake approximately 20 minutes (top is golden brown); cool completely before cutting.
