What you need: 

8 medium size tomatoes
2 green peppers
3 stalks of chopped green onions
1/2 chopped red onion
1 handful of parsley
1 handful of cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic
1 can of tomato paste

What you do: 

Put all ingredients except for 3 tomatoes in a blender, a little at a time depending on how strong your blender is. Keep 3 tomatoes aside and chop finely along with the 2 green peppers. Mix all together in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste. You can also add red pepper flakes to spice it up. This recipe is very easy...caution, it can spoil fast so try to make it the day you'll use it or make a smaller amount if its only for you.
This is very healthful and very tasty. Use with organic chips. Good luck!
