Raw Cucumber and Tomato Soup

What you need: 

1 medium to large cucumber
2 or 3 Roma tomatoes
1 or 2 carrots
1 stalk celery
2 tablespoons onion
1 clove garlic
1 avocado
1 squirt Braggs Liquid Aminos
Pinch sea salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A couple sprigs of cilantro (optional)

What you do: 

1) Blend all ingredients in food processor until they are a soup consistency and enjoy!
This is one large serving. Can also be used as a side dish and will serve more!
Source of recipe: I was in the mood for a fresh tasting soup so I made this up as I went!

as i was chopping up the ingredients for this soup, i wondered how it was going to be any different from say, guacamole, or salsa. i was skeptical, at best. BUT, it was love at first bite. this was soooooo good. the braggs added just the right amount of something or other, and blending the ingredients created a lovely texture and refreshing taste. it made a lot of soup, so i happily have leftovers for lunch today...and will probably make it again before the week is up. thanks!!  :)>>>
