Ramen-Like Noodle Soup
What you need:
3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
3.5 ounces of udon noodles
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
What you do:
In a medium saucepan add broth and noodles. Begin cooking and add soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, ginger, and half the green onions. Bring to a boil over high heat; stir to break up noodles. Cook for about 6 minutes; too much longer will make noodles mushy. Garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
