Ramen Lo Mein

What you need: 

1 cup firm tofu
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
about half a cup of teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 pinches of red pepper
2 pinches of garlic salt
1/2 a chopped onion
chopped fresh spinach
1 pack of ramen noodles

What you do: 

First, your gonna want to fry up your tofu and make sure that it’s in many small pieces. Leave it in the skillet and leave it on low.
Open the ramen noodle package (discard the flavor packet) and bring that to a boil. After the noodles are soft drain the water from the pan.
Add the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce, onions, spinach, tofu, and your spices. Bring everything to a simmer and when the onions are soft, it’s ready.
