Quickest Chocolate Fix known to man

What you need:

3 parts cocoa powder
1-3 parts powdered or regular sugar
soy milk

What you do:

I use more cocoa powder than sugar, and put the sugar in the blender to powder it.
Mix the two together and add soymilk until you get the desired consistency (a little at a time). If you make it really thick you can use it like frosting. It's really delectable on that Microwave Brownies recipe.
You can use it with peanut butter and put it on graham crackers.
Or if you're desperate and about to shrivel up and die from a lack of chocolate, then eat it out of the bowl.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Great idea!  I needed some hot chocolate sauce (QUICK!!!) for my Very Vanilla Organic Rice Divine vegan ice cream.  I actually used 3 parts cocoa, 4 parts powdered sugar, a little Vanilla Silk and nuked it for 25 seconds.  (Heating it up helps get it smooth if you don't want to dirty your blender).  Perfect ice cream topping.  Thanks for the quick fix!

(Hah!  I noticed no one else had time to take a picture before getting their fix either!  ;D)

delicious. and it works really well for a quick cupcake frosting! i dont even bother with a blender though. just mix the sugar and cocoa in a bowl; and slowly add the milk. (1 cup powdered sugar to 1/3 cup cocoa if you like it sweet)
