Quick Apple Cinnamon Farina
What you need:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rice milk (vanilla or plain)
3 tbls. wheat farina
1/2 cup natural apple sauce or 1 large pureed apple
pinch cinnamon
What you do:
Bring water and rice milk to vigarous boil, add farina. Cook 1-2 min. stirring constantly. Take off heat, let stand one min. Add apple sauce and cinnamon to taste. mmm!!

This is yummy! I love apple cinnamon flavor anything! lol :D
this was pretty good... i used a 9 grain farina, and added slivers of almond for a protein boost. i'm going to have this again, but i think i would add some maple syrup or something to sweeten it up (since i use unsweetened applesauce). :)
