Pumpkin Spice "Cheesecake"

What you need: 

12 oz firm silken tofu
8 oz plain vegan cream cheese substitute
1 cup plain pureed pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 prepared vegan graham cracker crust

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients together and pour into crust. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool 30 minutes and refrigerate before serving.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I added more cream cheese than it called for like one of the review suggested.  It tasted almost exactly like pumpkin pie and myself and everyone else was extremely disappointed.
