Portobella Pizzas

What you need: 

1 portobella mushroom, cleaned
1 tablespoon vegan pizza sauce or vegan pesto
1/4 cup assorted veggies. I like to use broccoli, onions, and carrots but use what you like
1/2 soy cheese or cheese substitute (optional)

What you do: 

Place the portobella top down on a baking sheet and top with pizza sauce, veggies, and soy cheese. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done. (I like to leave mine in until cheese is lightly browned).

SO HOW'D IT GO?

My husband and I recently became vegan and this was one of the first recipes I made. It was awesome! So tasty and really quick and easy.  ;)b

I made this the other day and thought it was really yummy, but I didn't have any Vegan Pizza sauce so I used Spaghetti sauce. I am going to try Pizza sauce next time. :)
