SO HOW'D IT GO?
Mmmmmmmmm! This hit the spot after 2 hours of walking dogs in the rain. 5 stars! :D
pretty good - it was very thick so I might do half water half soymilk next time. the cinnamon really added something!
This was really yummy. :D. I used agave nectar instead of sugar. I tried it with and without the cinnamon. I think I like it better without the cinnamon.
i was worried this would taste like soy milk, because i really don't like that taste. But it was rich and chocolaty with a hint of cinnamon. But next time i would add less cocoa because there were chunks in the bottom and it was a little too rich. With a little less cocoa it would be perfection!!
Delish! So rich and creamy I thought I was drinking a Hersey bar!! I think next time I will only use 1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp of the cocoa, it was almost too chocolaty for me. But I loved the cinnamon, nice touch. I will be making this often this winter.
It was so rich and tasty! I used just 1 and a half tablespoons raw sugar and a tad bit more vanilla. I'm going to try steaming my soymilk on the steamwand of my espresso machine next time so I can get lots of amazing foam. Also, to make it creamier I use as little water as possible to just melt down the ingredients before I add the soymilk.
This is pretty good but I made mine with 1/2 c water 1/2 cup soymilk because I prefer it less creamy. I could still taste the soy so next time I think I will try it with rice milk. This is a decent substitute for the country choice vegan instant cocoa mix that is no longer made.
I am normally a hot tea person but had to try this one and it definitely won! Something I could make on occasions. Love the taste of cocoa in anything. Smiles
Yummmmmyyyy.... the cinnamon was a great addition :)
Damn this is good! I put in a little extra sugar because I'm a sugar fiend :)
Excellent stuff!
