Perfect Almost-Raw Salad

What you need: 

nonstick spray
3 ounces extra firm tofu
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced olives
2 tablespoons garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons raisins

What you do: 

1. Spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and cook the tofu until it's caramelized. Then let it cool and cut it into cubes.
2. Mix everything together.
This is super basic, but these things are all really good together!
Source of recipe: I just threw a bunch of things into a salad at a salad bar, and the different tastes combined make this really yummy!
