SO HOW'D IT GO?
I love this reciepe! I use chunky pb... and less than a tablespoon... then I add cocoa powder (a generous amount)... cinnamon, and a smidge of stevia... it's a little peice of heaven for breakfast!
maybe use a little less peanut butter. i'm eating the day's amount of calories and fat. i didn't know my oats had nuts in it, so it's super nutty. i mean, i like nuts, but you can't have too much, y'know? i threw in a ton of muscatel raisins and some agave/maple syrups and also used vanilla rice milk instead of water to cook the oats. it's really sticky, which can be expected, so i imagine it to be really delicious with a too-big glass of orange juice and some jelly toast (pb&j!). make sure to pour the oats on top of the peanut butter to soften it - makes for a good twistin' of the spoon, y'see, yep.
This recipe was simple yet tasty. This is going to be a favorite of mines. Next time I will add bananas to it to give it a new twist. Two thumbs up.
