SO HOW'D IT GO?
this was pretty good!
i 1/2'ed the recipe and there was stiII pIenty for my 12 cupcakes (i used the Super moist chocoIate cake recipe from this site).
one thing for me was i tasted more margarine than i preferred, so next time i think i'II 1/2 the margarine and just add more peanut butter.
some of my sisters just Ioooove peanut butter and i know theyII adore this.
thanks for the recipe!
;)b
This frosting is SOOOOO good, I make it EVERYTIME I make cupcakes! Everyone LOOOOVES it!!
THanks SOOO much for the recipe...
This was awesome. I just used pure PB without the EB and it was yummy!
omg this was delicious :)
I ommitted the Milk, it really didn't need it. I used raw honey instead of sugar. It was sweet enough not too overwhelming.
i can't get vegan margarine here in the Carribean (seriously every single margarine here has fish oil in it, it's sick) so i used a little more than 1/4 cup coconut oil instead and 4 tablespoons of coconut milk instead of 2 tablespoons of soymilk.. it came out a little runny, but was super yummy and gooey.. :)
I am addicted to this!
To die for. Yummmm!!! Totally worth the extra time on the treadmill!
I would put this peanut butter frosting on EVERYTHING - bananas, cookies, tomatoes, my fingers! ;D
The only change is that I added a splash (1.5 tsp) of vanilla per the suggestion of Joy of Cooking.
Is icing sugar the same thing as confectioner's sugar?
