Peanut Butter and Strawberry Sandwich

What you need: 

crunchy peanut butter (or soynutbutter)
fresh strawberries
wheat bread

What you do: 

1. Get out all of the ingredients
2. Spread peanut butter on one of the slices of bread. (use as much as you like.)
3. Rinse about 4 strawberries and cut them into thin pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
4. Place the strawberries on top of the peanut butter.
5. Cut the sandwich and eat it!
This is a delicious variation of a PB&J sandwich. Its good for taking to work or school and tastes great!

I've had this for lunch at work 2 days in a row now! I added banana to it as well. I love it!!!

I don't like jam, but this was good.  I'm used to putting fruit on my PB sandwiches, but I never used strawberries before.  Yummy!!

Now why didnt I think of that! I have a patch full of strawberries and I was wondering what to make. This is a great idea. Very tasty!
