Peanut Butter and Jelly...and Apples

What you need: 

2 slices of wheat bread or a pita
1/2 -1 apple
1-3 tablespoons peanut butter
1-2 tablespoons jelly (I use blue berry)

What you do: 

~toast the bread
~spread peanut butter and jelly on it..
~and then slice the apples pretty think and put them on the sandwich

Actually this doesn't sound gross at all.  It's very delicious.  When I was in the hospital for my eating disorder I made an apple sandwich - 2 pieces of bread with apples int he center, a PB and apple sandwhich,  and a PB and grapes sandwich.  The latter tastes the exact same as PB and J but it's healthier as it lacks HFCS.  I think an apple jam would be yummy.  I am glad I am not the only one who has tried a PB and apples sandwich b4!
