PB and J tacos

What you need: 

1 pita bread
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon jam or jelly

What you do: 

1. Lay pita down on a plate. Smother it in a peanut butter.
2. After the peanut butter is smothered all over the pita bread, smother some jam or jelly on top of the peanut butter.
3. Fold into a taco shape and eat. You could also roll this into a more portable sandwich taco.
I make these a lot because of lack of decent vegan bread in my city. I prefer smothering on a good amount of jam.
