Nanas Vegan Macaroni Salad

What you need: 

3-4 cups cooked macaroni
4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tomato, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Mix the vegan mayonnaise with the cooked pasta.
2. Add mustard and tomato.
3. Season, to taste, and mix.
This doesn't take more than 10-15 minutes and it's a really good snack.
