Mocha Shake
What you need:
1 to 2 cups non-dairy milk, to desired consistency (I use almond milk)
1-1/2 frozen bananas, in chunks
1 rounded tablespoon cocoa powder
rounded 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
agave nectar or maple syrup (if not sweet enough)
What you do:
Combine all ingredient in a blender. Blend until smooth. Use more or less almond milk for desired thickness. Eat with a spoon!
Source of recipe: I made this up two days ago when I felt like coffee and chocolate. Most delicious. Do not feel obligated to follow my recipe exaclty. It's a shake! Anything goes!
