The Kill-My-Headcold Health Tea

What you need: 

1 small bunch mint, chopped roughly
4 cloves garlic, chopped roughly
1 small hunk ginger, chopped roughly (skins on)
Chili (to taste), chopped roughly
3 lemons, juiced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 liter water

What you do: 

1) Mix all ingredients in saucepan and leave for 30 minutes.
2) Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
It is no the tastiest tea, but it clears your sinus and warms you chest. I drank this every day in the forest in Tasmania and it kept me well.
