I'll Take Kale for a Male

What you need:

2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
pinch red pepper flakes
4 large kale leaves, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 basil leaf, torn into pieces
juice of 1/2 lemon
raw pumpkin seeds, to taste
nutritional yeast, to taste, optional

What you do:

1. In a skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Make sure to stir the garlic around so that it doesn't burn.
2. Add kale to skillet and mix. Add tomato, then add basil and lemon juice.
3. Once the leaves have shrunk 1/2 their size, remove from skillet and pour onto a flat plate.
4. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and nutritional yeast. Enjoy.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

would have to do with two ingredients-pumpkin seeds and garlic.  pumpkin seeds contain compounds which are suitable to maintain prostate health in men; garlic helps with cholesterol and heart issues.  or it could simply mean that the guy this recipe is prepared for or by really liked it.

I don't get the name either  ??? Looks very good, though.

;)b Soooo delicious!!  While I'm not sure about the name of this fantastic dish, it's definitely a keeper in my book!
I used a whole bunch of kale, 2 tomatoes, 3 basil leaves, tons of garlic and added about 3 tbs of nut yeast....I left out the pumpkin seeds though...
But it was so good!  I want some more right now!
