SO HOW'D IT GO?

This crust is awesome! I used half whole wheat half unbleached white flour. The herbs make it so delicious and it smells so good! I wanted to scrape the toppings off my pizza and just eat the crust! My non veg family never eats the food I make, but everyone had a peice of this and loved it! We ate the whole thing! Thanks for a great recipe!

I've made this twice now, once using half whole wheat/half regular flour, and once using all whole wheat flour. Both times I split the dough to make two pizzas.  The first time was just incredible, the second time (all WWflour) didn't seem to rise as much, so I maybe should have made just one pizza with it.  Delicious, regardless.  I used a bunch of different toppings, but the winner, by far, was the half that had: homemade sundried tomato pesto, marinated tofu, caramelized onions, sliced yellow bell peppers, and peaches!  Insanely good.

made a double batch of this last night and formed it into one big base and two half sized ones, topped with...everything... and baked for 15 minutes.
having the tasty herb mix cooked into the base was great, and they came out just crunchy enough on the outside but lovely and fluffy inside.  Super easy, and great outcome, I'll definitely use this recipe again.

Mmmm! I didn't make this a "pan" pizza... instead I spread it out very thin across a normal size circular pizza pan.  Turned out thinner and crispy and very tasty!  The dough smelled SOO good as I was kneading it.

I made mine a "bbq chik'n" pizza... topped it with bbq sauce, Daiya vegan cheese both Italian style and Cheddar, red onions, yellow onions, green onions, Roma tomatoes, Light Life Smart Strips Chick'n Style Strips, and Light Life Bacon...

HOLY YUM

I'll definitely be making this crust again.

forgot to mention that I used 1 cup regular flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour... that was super good that way!

my go to pizza crust recipe. I've used it with the Amazing Tofu Feta Pizza with Roasted Red Pepper Jam and Caramelized Onions recipe on this site; it's phenomenal! I've also doubled the recipe (except for the packet of yeast) and made two separate pizzas for my omnivorous bf and me- he loves it too! amazing recipe!
