Help for Prickly Heat

What you need:

about 10 bags of Linden tea (lime blossom)
1 litre (1 quart) water

What you do:

Make a strong solution of tila by allowing the teabags (or equivalent in loose herb) to stand in boiled water for about 10 minutes.
Add to a shallow cool-water bath.
The sufferer should get in the water, or sponge it over the affected parts.
Great for soothing heat rash or sweat-irritated skin. Also good to soak tired feet.
