Green Smoothie Recipe
What you need:
1 banana
1 apple, chopped
1/2 cup water
1-2 cups sprouts
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon protein powder
4 tablespoons aloe vera juice
What you do:
1. Put the fruit and water in a blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Add all other ingredients, and blend again until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
