Garlic Butter

What you need: 

1/4 cup vegan margarine
1 bulb garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste

What you do: 

Roast the garlic (cut off base, brush with olive oil & wrap in foil) in 400-degree oven about 30 minutes (until soft--the softer it is the sweeter it is).
When garlic is cool, mash all ingredients together.
Spread on everything.
I suppose if you made a big batch you could freeze in a log & cut off what you need.

Great. I didn't cut the base off the garlic, just wrapped it in foil and baked it as is. It's not quite as fatty as it appears, because the roasted garlic makes up a significant part of the final spread. The rosemary is a nice addition as well.
