Fruit Smoothie

What you need: 

2 cups frozen/fresh blueberries
1/2 medium sized banana
1 small (low fat/low cal) vegan yogurt
1 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk

What you do: 

1. In large mixing bowl or blender, add frozen or fresh blueberries, and your banana. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits.
2. Pour in milk, and scoop in your yogurt. The flavor is up to you. I’ve tried almost every flavor under the sun. All are marvelous. Blend until the mixture is smooth and to your satisfaction.
3. Pour into your glasses and drink up! It’s healthy and a delicious mid afternoon snack. Even have one for breakfast before work!
Feel free to add fresh peaches, pears, strawberries. This will make the smoothie thicker and burst with even more fruity flavor!
