Fried Celery Cabbage

What you need: 

1 pound white or Chinese cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 sticks celery, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons water

What you do: 

1. Heat the oil and fry the cabbage for 3 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the salt, mixing well.
2. Add celery to the cabbage with the water.
3. Cook over a fierce heat, stirring all the time, for 2 minutes.'
