Flavor-Packed Tempeh Loaf

What you need: 

1 package of tempeh (8oz)

1 cup instant oats

1/2 small onion, minced

3/4 cup cabbage or carrots, shredded

4 tbs ketchup

3 tbs spicy mustard

1 tbs Braggs liquid aminos

1 tsp liquid smoke

1 tsp Worchestire sauce

1 tsp Italian spices

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp chili powder

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Use a fork to smash the tempeh in a medium mixing bowl. Add all wet ingredients. Mix and add dry ingredients. Incorporate and rest 5 minutes.

Use a spatula to scrape into a bread pan or meatloaf dish and press down. Bake 25-35 minutes. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
