Elvis Ice Cream aka "a little less talk, a lot more eating"

What you need:

2 cups chocolate soymilk (chilled)
2 medium frozen bananas (best if pre-peeled, chopped and frozen with a splash of citrus juice)
1/4 cup vegan chocolate syrup
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/4 creamy or chunky peanut butter (unsweetened)
1/2 cup sugar

What you do:

This makes about 4 cups batter for an ice cream maker.
In a food processor, pulse the bananas until creamy, add the peanut butter and sugar and blend until smooth.
Add the soymilk, process until smooth, pulse in the cherries so they're nice and chunky.
Place in the ice cream maker and freeze according to directions.
When the batter spatula thing can hardly turn anymore, drizzle in the chocolate syrup so that its **barely** combines. (chocolate swirls!)
Freeze in a container until firm, dress up with "Soyatoo" whipped topping, sprinkles etc.
