Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) grows everywhere around Bulgaria, everyone knows him. But not everyone knows how amazing healing power lies in this plant. It's a whole pharmacy for all sorts of diseases.

 

Healer Peter Dimkov told: "I was out on a trip to Svogbe and suddenly came across a weasel who struggled with viper. Poisonous snake tries to bite the weasel, it does it the snake to bite your finger tips ... Dominance was the snake - it pecked weasel. I thought the fight was over. Weasel quickly ducked into the bushes, I saw her peel with sharp teeth bark of an elder and crunched some of it ... Minute then went back and grabbed the snake ... This miracle plant is used in general: color, leaf, stem, fruit, roots.

 

Fruit

 

This is the most active part of the plant. Harvested in late August. There is a strong anti-cancer (cancer) action strengthens the body, increases its resistance force against the flu and other diseases. It is imperative that the fruits are ripe. Do not allow the use of green and poorly ripened grains!

 

Recipes

 

1. Syrup. The fruit is washed thoroughly with fork were refined grain from the stalk. Further handle as in the preparation of fruit syrups uncooked: ranks in a glass container (large pot) row of fruit, dusted with sugar, and so rotate the fruit with sugar to the filling of the container (jar), and ending with sugar , leave for three weeks, but not in direct sunlight. Strain through a thick gauze, making sure that any grain of the fruit does not fall into the strained syrup and cause fermentation. Recommended syrup can be stored in dark bottles or bottles to be wrapped in dark paper. Store in cool place. Drink one tablespoon before meals, and for children a teaspoon, just before eating. Dose was doubled when a flu epidemic!

 

2. Strain the syrup fruit pour into a large glass container, pour water (one kilogram of fruit - three liters of water). After 2-3 weeks to receive delicious wine. Drink one glass of wine before eating lunch and dinner. Acts as the syrup.

 

3. Elderberry jam is prepared as follows: the fruit is washed, pressed in to run juice to flow over the nipples. Boil on medium heat to thicken and is packed into jars still hot. The jam into a teaspoon before meals. Has the most concentrated form all the beneficial effects of the plant regulates gastrointestinal and genitourinary system acts anticancer, whiten skin, eyes cleared, it enhances the tone of life.
