Easy Low Sugar "Ice Cream"
What you need:
1 frozen banana, unpeeled, saran wrapped and frozen overnight
1-2 Tablespoon cashew/peanut butter/almond butter
soy milk
vegan chocolate/nuts/berries
What you do:
Freeze that banana! When frozen, put in blender along with peanut butter and soy milk for consistancy. I added sugar free veg chocolate, and this tastes like a milky reese's peanut butter cup malt i had when i was a kid!
