Delicious Broccoli Salad

What you need: 

1 large head of broccoli (cut into flowerets)
1/2 of 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup red grapes (sliced in half)
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup Vegenaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy milk
1/2 cup sweetener of your choice

What you do: 

Mix dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
Blend all together and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
You might want to add a little bit of water to the wet ingredients so it's not quite so thick.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I've found that using apple cider vinegar in place of white vinegar gives a good flavour as well! Working in a deli, we make broccoli salad and that's what we use. Mayo, apple cider vinegar, and some sugar. Of course, I use Veganaise when I make it for my self at home :)
