Curry Potato Soup

What you need: 

1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of curry
4 1/2 cups (1 liter) water
salt and pepper
1 vegetable bouillon cube
6 medium potatoes, give or take
oil for frying

What you do: 

Fry the onions, the garlic and the curry in oil in a pot. Add water, bouillon and potatoes. Boil until the potatoes are ready.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Soup was so fast and yummy. I love the pantry friendly ingredients list.  I threw in red pepper flakes to add kick. Also had a tiny bit of coconut milk that went in the pot. Loved the recipe and will absolutely make again.
