Cucumber Salad Zinger

What you need: 

3 to 5 cloves garlic, diced
2 tablespoons dried chives
2 tablespoons vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1 tablespoon Bragg's liquid aminos or soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried dill
2 teaspoons black pepper
4 to 5 cucumbers, peeled, sliced into 1/2" rounds, rounds cut in half
30 cherry tomatoes, halved, or 3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 white onion, diced
3 medium radishes, slivered

What you do: 

1. Dressing: In a bowl, combine the garlic, chives, sour cream, mayonnaise, aminos, dill, and pepper; mix to thoroughly combine.
2. Salad: In another bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and radishes; toss to mix.
3. Pour dressing over salad; toss to combine.
4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Source of recipe: just using some various veggies from my garden and other ingredients around my kitchen.
