Creamy and Delicious Veg Soup with a Thai Flair

What you need:

1/2 cup coconut milk, approximately
2 cups veggie broth, approximately
1 carrot
frozen or fresh broccoli florets
frozen green peas
nutritional yeast (I like Red Star)
very very small amount green currry paste, and/or
curry powder, to your hottness need
1 pinch or 2 black pepper
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, approximately, then to liking
pinch dried basil
1 teaspoon powdered garlic, or to liking

What you do:

Okay first of all, I never measured, and rarely do. I realize this could be frustrating, so I'll put down approximates, and YOU get to be creative and adjust to YOUR liking! Enjoy!
Chop carrot into little thin rounds. Cover and boil veggie broth and add carrot. Boil until tender.
Add coconut milk and adjust to liking.
Add all other ingredients and stir well to mix. Adjust to liking. Serve!
Also, I bet adding some couscous to the broth before you add the coconut milk would be great! Just add it, cover and let sit for five minutes, then add other ingredients.
Get funky! Add whatever floats your boat!
