Chile-Bean-Tomato Soup

What you need: 

1 medium onion, chopped
1 regular can Rotel brand diced tomatoes
1 can health valley fat-free chile (3 bean)
1 large can or 2 small cans fat-free refried beans
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pepper to taste

What you do: 

Saute onion in medium sauce pan until tender, add remaining ingredients. Heat. Eat.
