Chia fruit Pudding!

What you need: 

1. 1/3 cup Chia seeds
2. 2 cups purified water
3. Your favorite organic fruits in season (peaches, pears, mango, strawberries, blueberries etc.)

What you do: 

-Mix 1/3 cup chia seeds with 2 cups water and keep mixing every couple minutes until a gel like consistency. You can make this and leave in your fridge for up to 2 weeks and it wont go bad. -Wash fruit and cut it into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. -Add 2-3tbs of chia seed on top of the fruit and enjoy!
