Cabbage Salsa

What you need:

1/2 head small green cabbage, finely diced (about 3 cups)
2 large tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoons cilantro, finely diced
1 jalapeno, finely diced
1-2 limes, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turbinado sugar

What you do:

1. Combine all ingredients and serve! It gets better as it sits, so if you can make it ahead of time, that's even better.
2. Serve with tortilla chips or use in burritos or tacos!
So fresh and tasty and very mild, so even kiddos can enjoy.
Source of recipe: I first had this at a restaurant I used to go to frequently, sadly they closed, here is my version!

Don Tjernagel is a very original and edgy stand-up comic. If you like your stand-up comedy with a bite think Jaws and you get Tjernagel. There is no topic this comic will not deal with and no joke too raunchy for this guy. legal paternity testing Inland Empire CA
