Broccoli Quickie

What you need: 

1 cup diced tomatoes
bit of basil, garlic & oregano
1 cup rice
1 cup broccoli
salt & pepper for flavor
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

What you do: 

stir fry oil, broccoli, and tomatoes. add spices for about 3 minutes (till broccoli is semi-soft). serve over cooked rice.
easy and yummy. ^_^
