Bok Choy/Wakame Asian Meledy with Soba Noodles

What you need:

4 oz Soba noodles (any flavor)
1/2 stalk leeks
1/2-1 inch knob of ginger
2-4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/3 chili pepper
sesame oil
2 small zucchinis
1/3 head of cabbage
3-4 stalks chopped bok choy
1 red pepper
mushrooms
tamari

What you do:

Sautee in some kind of oil with a few drops of sesame oil: leeks, ginger, garlic, wakame seaweed, sesame seeds, small green jalapeno (just a little bit not the whole thing). Put this aside.
Meanwhile, start to boil water for the soba noodles.
Start a new sautee with a little tamari and oil the following... zuchini, cabbage, bok choy or kale or spinach (some dark green leafy thing), red pepper, mushrooms if you like them. Maybe now it's time to put in your soba noodles?
When almost done, add the first mixture to mix it all up and sautee a few more minutes.
Put together and enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Do you take the leeks, ginger, and jalapeno off the burner when you "put it aside"?  This recipe looks amazing, and I don't want to foul it up!  Thank you!
