Body Scrub

What you need: 

1/3 cup brown rice flour
2/3 cup whole flax seeds
3 tablespoons coarsely ground sea salt
water

What you do: 

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a sealable jar. Store in the refrigerator.
When ready to use, scoop out about 1/4 cup of the mixture. Add water, teaspoons at a time, until a gritty paste is formed. Rub all over your body and exfoliate that dead skin away!
(The best part about this is it's cruelty free!)
Notes: Can use whole wheat flour as a substitute. Can use semi-finely ground almonds in place of half of the flax if desired. Try a change of pace by adding fragrant herbs to the dry ingredients. Or mix with oils in place of water.
