The Best Steamed Rice and Vegis (rice cooker)
What you need:
1 and 1/2 cups short grain white rice
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1-2 cups chopped up vegis (preferably napa cabbage, chunks of
What you do:
Put all in a rice steamer. Press cook. Let it sit for 5 minutes when done with lid on. Take lid off. Let sit for another 5 minutes. GENTLY fuff with a fork. Do NOT seperate grains. The rice is supposed to be sticky. Let sit for ANOTHER 5 minutes. Eat!!! It is so good. Its practically the only thing that I eat!
