The Best and Easiest Kale!

What you need:

Sauce:
1 cup hot water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
few dashes Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
1 cup nondairy milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch, optional Kale:
3 cloves garlic
1 (8 ounce) package grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch kale, sliced in 1/2" strips
1 (15 ounce) can beans, drained (I like garbanzo or white beans)
rice, couscous, quinoa or prepackaged gnocchi, to serve (I used gnocchi)

What you do:

1. Combine sauce ingredients in separate bowl.
2. Saute the garlic and tomatoes until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add kale and saute until wilted (4-5 minutes).
3. Add sauce mixture, and canned beans.
4. Let simmer for a few minutes and serve over rice, couscous or quinoa.
