SO HOW'D IT GO?

I made a number of changes, but this came out fabulously!

I used a whole onion, chopped, instead of onion flakes.  I used celery salt instead of celery seed and salt.  For my cubed vegetables, I used celery, zucchini, and sweet potato.

I used dried beans, and I threw everything into the crock pot in the morning before I left for work.  When I came home, I puréed about half with an immersion blender.  It made a lovely soup -- thick and tasty!

I thought this was very good! I used the slow cooker method and used dried beans. After about 7 hours on high it was done! It was delicious. I really enjoyed it and will be making it again real soon! Thanks.
