Bean and Orange Salad
What you need:
1 (15-ounce) can red beans or black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11-ounce) can manderain oranges, drained
2 ounces vegan cheese, diced
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 teaspoon minced cilantro
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
black pepper, to taste
What you do:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.
