Bath Cookies--not edible!

What you need: 

2 cups finely ground sea salt
1/2 cup baking soda
1/2 cup 807]cornstarch (corn flour or Maicena)
2 tablespoons sweet almond oil or apricot kernel oil
1 tablespoon vitamin E oil
5-6 drops essential oil
1/4 cup each olive oil and water
(Guesstimate water, add to make the "dough" if necessary)

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350ºFahrenheit.
Mix together ingredients, roll teaspoons of the dough into balls about 1 inch (half a centimetre) in diametre.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake about 10 min until lightly browned.
Cool completely.
Drop 2 of these "cookies" into your bath and relax!

Very cool recipe.
I think I'll divide the recipe before adding the oils and then add to each half so I can get two different smelling versions.

I don't think so...no vinegar or other acid...mine didn't anyway. BTW that should be 2 cm, not 1. 1 inch equals 2 cm and a bit.

i made these for x mas gifts and were really fun!i made about 10 different smell and colors. I added things like lavender petals to make them all pretty.
they dont fizz. i made some fizzy ones from the garden of vegan cookbook.
they were harder to shape. and difficult.
these ones were super simple and just as good.

Wow, do these dissolve in hot water? I may just have to try it out...might even make good gifts!
