Banana Cinnamon Sugar Shake
What you need:
2 frozen bananas
3/4 cup non-dairy milk, cold (use chocolate non-dairy milk for a chocolate shake; I use soymilk)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar (I use beet sugar)
swirl of soy whipped cream (optional)
What you do:
Adjust milk to desired consistency.
1. Put all ingredient except soy whipped cream (bananas, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, and sugar) in a blender. (I used my Magic Bullet - which works awesome for small shakes) and blend until smooth (no chunks).
2. Top with soy whipped cream and you're done. Yummy!

I don't see why those ideas wouldn't work so go for it
do you think agave would work just as well as the sugar?
and do you think instead of freezing the bananas, I could just add a little crushed ice??
