Awesome Apple Shake

What you need: 

1 apple, sliced and peeled
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
dash of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

What you do: 

Blend until smooth. This is a lovely fall drink in the morning with a little bit of cereal. :)

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This looks pretty good.  I might throw in a few banana slices and see where that gets me.  :)
